Very polite and friendly, took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Used water irrigation (which I’ve never had before) on my troublesome left ear, which did the trick. Made appointment easily on-line. Couple of days prior to appointment Alresford Hearing Studio phoned to confirm everything ok. On arriving at the Studio was politely welcomed and taken to well equipped room for consultation.Both of my ears were checked for excess ear wax and I viewed the camera examination on a large screen monitor. Had wax removed from right ear using suction. The removal was painless. I was kept informed throughout the process what was going on. After the treatment the ear was inspected again using the camera. Can’t recommend highly enough. The specialist was extremely polite & knowledgeable.

Brilliant service. Came back from holiday and couldn’t hear properly with an important exam on the horizon. Phoned centre to see if they could help and they had me in next day.
